Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access, download, register, and use the Agrosonadhar Partner application. By accessing, downloading, or using the Agroson Partner application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Intellectual Property Rights :
Agroson Partner is owned and managed under the copyright act by Agroson Alliance LLP. All aspects of the application, such as the designs, transactional flow, look and feel, contents, graphics, and images including logo are protected under the copyright act. Users are restricted from downloading, reusing, reconfiguring, or imitating any of the proprietary material. Any such activity is expressly prohibited without the prior permission of Agroson Alliance LLP or written consent of the owner. Legal action may be taken against users engaged in such activities, including civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
Use of Agroson Partner (App) :
The Agroson Partner is a platform for service providers that may contain profiles, email facility, chat facility, job posting, advertisements, and other communication channels to communicate with each other or to avail the services. Users may use these facilities only to send and receive service lead messages that are relevant and appropriate to the intended use. Violation of this term may lead to legal action against the user, including civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
Customer Information :
Agroson Partner, during the new account registration, may ask customers to share personal information required to deliver the service. Agroson Partner assumes customers provide accurate information about their identity and contact information. The given information will be verified during the registration process. Agroson Partner makes a sincere attempt to provide the best service but does not take full responsibility for the suitability, reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of the services requested and provided by customers. Agroson Partner does not confirm the identity of customers, and if any malpractice is found, the agreement with the customer will be terminated immediately.
Service Provider Information :
Agroson Partner app performs background verification of service providers to ensure the safety and security of customers. Agrosonadhar Partner enters into Service Level Agreement (SLA) with every service provider during the on-boarding process. This effort is to ensure the best and effective service to customers. Agroson Partner does not take full responsibility for the suitability, reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of the services provided by service providers.
Account/Password Protection :
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and service accounts provided by Agroson Partner for accessing the offered service. Customers are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under the password or account.
